Future Skills in the World - Chutzpah in Israel
In an era where everyone is talking about innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence, it is easy to forget that the truly important skills are not found in bits, but in people. In an inspiring and human lecture connected to Israeli reality, Inbal Arieli invites organizations to stop for a moment, look inward, and understand that the innovation the whole world is seeking already exists within them: in their culture, people, and Israeliness. Together we will embark on a journey that begins in Israeli childhood, from the freedom to ask questions, through improvisation, responsibility, and independence from a young age, and continues to today's world of work. Through personal stories, research, and examples from organizational life, we will examine how 'Chutzpah' in its positive sense—curiosity, courage to ask, improvisation, responsibility, and the ability to act even under conditions of uncertainty—has become a significant human advantage. These skills, defined by the World Economic Forum as the most essential future skills, already exist in your organization. Arieli will help you identify them and understand how to use them. This is an invitation to remember what is special about the way we think, work, and act, and how we can take this Israeliness, with its directness, resilience, and humanity, and turn it into a source of hope, connection, and motivation within the organization. The lecture is based on insights and stories from Arieli's successful book 'Chutzpah: Why Israel Is a Hub of Innovation and Entrepreneurship' and connects life experiences, research, and daily practice in large and complex organizations. Key Insights | Key Questions - Why the innovation the whole world talks about is first and foremost human rather than technological - Which future skills the World Economic Forum identifies as essential and how to achieve them - How to live and work in a reality of "both": both critical and optimistic, both as a strong individual and as a team - What can be learned from Israeli childhood about curiosity, independence, and the ability to act in uncertainty - Why the courage to ask questions and the ability to not know all the answers are a managerial advantage - How a fresh look at everyday Israeliness returns connection, pride, hope, and motivation to the organization
"Chutzpah" Time - an experiential, practical, and bonding workshop for Israeli organizations
Chutzpah Time is not a lecture, but a lively, vibrant, and thought-provoking organizational experience that gets people out of their chairs and away from their computers, causing them to see things differently and apply immediate changes to their way of operating. In an experiential and bonding workshop, Inbal Arieli invites teams to pause their work routine, play, experiment, and examine together what human innovation looks like in practice—not in slogans or slides, but as a way of thinking and behaving. Through short exercises, small group work, open discourse, and surprising tasks, participants experiment with the principles of "chutzpah" in its positive sense: the courage to act without full certainty, collaboration, listening, improvisation, and challenging automatic thinking patterns. This is a workshop that strengthens the connection between people, sharpens personal and team responsibility, and serves as a reminder that innovation does not start with presentations, but with people who feel safe to try, make mistakes, and move forward together. Key Insights | Key Questions: How does innovation look when you don't start with technology, but with people? What allows people to act even without full certainty? How do you create a space where it is permissible to ask, make mistakes, and suggest ideas? And how can a short experience release energy, connection, and motivation to act? Ask Better: Effective Conversations that Drive People, Teams, and Organizations
In a busy, fast-paced, and noisy corporate world, we talk a lot but don't always truly understand. In this workshop, Inbal Ariali invites organizations to stop for a moment and examine one of the most important human and managerial tools: the conversation. A conversation in a weekly meeting, a 1:1, a team talk, or a board meeting. A job interview or a client meeting. A sales call or inter-team brainstorming. Drawing from extensive experience in accelerated business environments, team management, executive coaching, working with people from diverse backgrounds, and specializing in recruitment and screening, Inbal Ariali presents a unique and practical approach to managing effective conversations: those that reduce misunderstandings, build trust, and allow for an understanding of what is truly beneath the surface. This is a practical workshop on how to ask, how to listen, and how to create a space where people feel safe to think, speak, and be partners within organizational environments of high workload, uncertainty, and multiple interfaces. This workshop strengthens an organizational culture of listening, responsibility, and partnership, restoring the conversation's role as an engine for connection and movement. After this workshop, you will no longer manage conversations the same way. That is a promise.
